Eric Fries, President and CEO - Engineer graduated from Telecom Sud Paris (84), Eric Fries began his career in 1985 at the American manufacturer ITT, then at Alcatel. He was then Commercial Director and General Manager of Fastware SA until 1998. From 1994 to 1996 he was President of the Association of Telecom Sud Paris Engineers. Following the acquisition of Fastware SA by the Danish group GN Nettest, he was Director in charge of sales and marketing of the Fastnet business at GN Nettest until 2001. Founder of Accellent in 2002, he was the CEO until 2007, the year of its acquisition by the French company InfoVista. From late 2007 to 2011 Eric Fries led Infovista's Application Performance Management (APM) division as Senior Vice President and then founded QuanticEvents in June 2011.


Fabrice Rousse, General Manager - Engineer graduated from Politech Lille. Fabrice Rousse quickly discovered the world of telecoms including working at Anritsu to bring the offer on the analysis of the physical layer. With Fastware, which became GN Nettest's APM Business Unit, he will discover the higher levels of the OSI layer. He left his position as Zone Manager at InfoVista in 2012 to create iD1-IT Solutions and its subsidiary Tapics in equal shares with QuanticEvents.


Yann Faguer, Technical Director - Former student of the Ecole Polytechnique (86), engineer graduated from ENSEIHT (89), DEA in artificial intelligence. Yann Faguer worked in the Ecole Polytechnique's laboratories on learning algorithms for neural networks with evolutionary architecture. He started his career in the R & D department of the Oktal company where he also worked in the field of quality until 1995. Then he was the founder of the company ACT, and director of the company IT & T Consulting SA specialized in R & D outsourcing and information systems consulting. He has worked for various companies such as Aerospatiale, Lookeed Martin, SEMVAT, Danzas-DHL, Swissquote, REUNICA Group, Worldnet, Societe Generale, and the Ministry of Defense.

Stéphane Menjaud, Commercial Director - Engineer graduated from Politech Lille. Stéphane Menjaud began his career in the electronics measurement industry at Gould Instruments and Metrix. He was Commercial Director of Fastware from 1996 to 1998, then took over the sales management at GN Nettest in France for the Fastnet business from 1998 to 2002. He joined Accellent in 2002 as Commercial Director. In 2007, he took over the sales of InfoVista's APM division in France, then in Southern Europe in 2010. He took charge of the sales development of QuanticEvents by taking part in its creation.
